The new Rogue One collection has launched at Torrid! The collection features apparel inspired by the costumes and characters from the upcoming Rogue One film, and includes 5 women’s items. I’m excited to see a strong Rebel Alliance theme in the range, with several pieces inspired by Jyn Erso.
This collection is also available at Hot Topic, in standard and plus sizes – though Hot Topic only carries up to plus size 5, whereas Torrid carries up to plus size 6. One interesting note about the item listings on the Torrid website – they show the jacket lining! The lining fabric features a black and white Death Star print, which definitely gives the jacket a stronger Star Wars theme than the outer design would suggest.
Prices range from US$42.90 to US$84.90 each, in plus sizes 00 to 6 (the dress is available in sizes 10 to 30) – Torrid can ship internationally. This whole collection appears to be currently on sale – so make use of the discounts if you have your eye on something. Any of these items would be perfect to wear to your local midnight screening!

We have a feeling you might be a rebel…and this sweater may have given you away! The longer style is feeling the comfy force with a snuggly tan knit with ribbed moto detailing along the sleeves. Rebel Alliance symbols and ships are stamped onto the front; we’re pretty sure Jyn would approve.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, rebel fighters dressed wayyyy cuter than the rest of us. This black woven dress is inspired by the Rebel Alliance fighters with buckled shoulder straps, and Rebel embossed snaps along the front. A pick up skirt lends volume to the look, while ribbed knit panels on the sides keep it stretchy. A camo inspired lining is alright for fighting.

A rebellion built on hope, a cardigan built on snuggliness, in the Star Wars universe you can have it both ways. The chunky tan knit keeps you toasty while fighting the good fight, with a Rebel Alliance embossed snap button closure on the neck that keeps it secure. The slightly oversize hoodie should be worn on your head at all times; it covers up the super cool faux leather cutout back.

This is a rebellion, isn’t it? Better have the Jyn inspired jacket to match. The durable olive twill outer is up for battle with quilted sleeves, deep pockets with zip interiors. The zip front has been printed with a “Rogue One” under placket. Unzip the zip front to reveal a “Rogue One” placket. The crepe hood can be worn as a cowl and can also be detached. The Deathstar blueprint lining smuggle something about stealing it.

We can’t wait for Rogue One, and more importantly, we can’t wait to see badass Jyn on screen! This grey knit scoop tee is a bit sporty (like our heroine) with black mesh insets trimming the neck and hem. There’s a silhouette of Jyn juxtaposed against the Deathstar; pretty sure there’s a fight brewing.
