Bloomingdale’s has two new Star Wars tote bags available, as part of the Force 4 Fashion collaboration. Designed by Michael Kaplan (the costume designer for The Force Awakens), these tote bags are exclusive to Bloomingdale’s, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Child Mind Institute. These tote bags take the classic ‘little brown bag’ design and add a Star Wars touch, with BB-8 on one and Rey on the other. The original press release mentioned three tote bags – I hope the third will be available online soon, or perhaps it will be an in-store exclusive? The pvc tote bags measure approximately 8″ long, 4.5″ wide and 9″ high, with a 6″ handle drop, and are priced at US$28.00 each – Bloomingdale’s can ship internationally via Borderfree.
