Happy Star Wars Day!
It’s May the 4th here in New Zealand, which has become known as Star Wars Day – the perfect day to wear your favorite Star Wars fashion. It could be a subtle necklace for a day at the office, a full themed outfit for a party with friends, or a comfy sweatshirt for curling up on the sofa to watch ‘The Force Awakens’ on blu-ray. Of course it isn’t May the 4th in America until tomorrow, so those of you in the US have extra time to plan your outfits 🙂 A local NZ channel is running an all-day Star Wars movie marathon, so I know what I’ll be doing – then it will be straight into writing about all the exciting fashion news when it hits May the 4th in the US!

- Her Universe will release new Star Wars items, and a sale on selected items
Love And Madness released a preview photo earlier, showing some of the Star Wars jewelry/accessory items that will be launching at Thinkgeek and Gamestop on May the 4th (including the popular Star Wars crawl wrap bracelet). Her Universe will have new Star Wars apparel available, plus all orders over US$25 will receive a free ‘May the 4th be with you’ patch (while stocks last), and there will also be a sale on selected Star Wars items! That’s great news, and a perfect opportunity to pick up any items you’ve had your eye on.
