The Death Star earrings match nicely with the bead charm also available from Thinkgeek, I really love the added touch of the rhinestone. I recently wrote about my thoughts on the X-Wing’s missing laser cannons, and I’m still conflicted – they’re great earrings, but would I wear them knowing the cannons are missing? I also mentioned how well TIE fighters would work in this dangle design – so I’m very excited to see they have been made! I wonder why they are the only pair out of the three to hang from French hooks, rather than studs? I thought they would look neat hanging from little Imperial logo studs like the X-Wing earrings, but I still love this design – it coordinates well with the TIE Fighter bead charm also available.
