I knew I couldn’t buy everything on my wish list from Her Universe at Celebration Anaheim, one item I had to miss was the ‘May The Force Be With You’ sweatshirt. During Her Universe’s recent 5th Anniversary celebration I of course placed an order to receive one of the 300 purple envelopes (not that I need an excuse to shop there), and thankfully the sweatshirt was still in stock. Priced at US$45 each the sweatshirt is still available direct from Her Universe, in sizes XS to XXL.
The gray heather sweatshirt features raglan style long sleeves and a vintage style ‘May The Force Be With You’ print on the front. The sweatshirt has a unisex fit, rather than women’s/fitted – but I find most sweatshirts tend to be unisex fit anyway. I bought mine in size XS – it measures approximately 50cm across the chest (underarm to underarm), 59.5cm from front neckline to hem, and 45.5cm across the lower edge. The fabric is 52% polyester, 48% cotton – lovely and soft inside, as sweatshirts should be. I love the side insert panels, and the weathered vintage effect of the front print, they really add interest. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to pick this one up after Celebration, it’s so comfy!
