I’ve only just discovered the UK based company Urban Species and their range of licensed Star Wars t-shirts, and today I find more news! They have teamed up with the relatively new company Wild Bangarang (also in the UK) to release a small collection of Star Wars apparel. I had heard of Wild Bangarang a little while ago, when they released two Star Wars hockey-style tops in January. The tops were a standard unisex cut, but I didn’t realise until recently that the tops were available in smaller sizes for women – but they’ll be back with this new collection, which is great!
This collection includes six leggings, a skirt, a dress, and a re-release of the two jerseys. The items will be available for order on March 4th at 11am GMT from wildbangargang.com. The leggings are priced at £35 – which converts to approximately US$54. This is exciting for fans of Star Wars lycra, with Black Milk Clothing not renewing their license, I thought it might be a while before we see another company take up that gap in the market. Great to see that wait wasn’t very long, here’s hoping the two companies continue their association for more collections. I’m definitely keen to pick up an item or two – I just have to decide on which ones are my favourites!
