I love finding Star Wars fashion items from countries overseas, even if I can’t purchase them myself. Indian print-on-demand company Gingercrush has just signed a licensing agreement with Disney that includes Star Wars images for use on a variety of products – including women’s t-shirts. While Gingercrush does not ship outside India, I think it’s great to see companies around the world offering Star Wars clothing for women (like the Triton and Riachuelo collections in Brazil last year). Prices for Gingercrush’s women’s t-shirts are between Rs.699.00 and Rs.799.00 (approximately US$10-12) – the gallery of available images is predominately prequel-themed, which is interesting as US-based Star Wars apparel tends to focus on the original trilogy.
